ROVIDE FAST AND EFFECTIVE SERVICES…
Ø Continuance and expansion of the Book Ordering Program (BOP)
Ø Improvement of the services per department through the projects of the representatives
Ø Coordination with building administration towards the maintenance of classrooms (e.g. electrics fans, projectors, lights, etc)
Ø Installation of floor maps and organizational charts of department and college
Ø Installation of more Public Electronic Terminals (PET), ATM and drinking fountains
Ø Conduct monthly survey on food services
WARENESS AND PARTICIPATION
Ø Organize bulletin boards for information dissemination and continuing the “Freedom Wall”
Ø Creation of e-groups per department for freshmen and sophomores to encourage more involvement
Ø Intensify information dissemination of college and departmental activities
Ø Formation of ESC Volcorps on per basis project while maintaining a core group
Ø Full support to the Engineering Varsity Team
Ø Continuation and expansion of the Engineering Cup (i.e. include other sports such as badminton
Ø Educational Fair and Scholarship
Ø Release of Calendar of Activities of the College
Ø Christmas Outreach Program as an event in the Eng’g Week
Ø Freshmen Week
OMPETENCE
Ø Update and expand sample exams to major subject
Ø Tutorials on Linux and other software
Ø Provide a venue for student-teacher dialogue per department
Ø Strengthen and improve existing Engineering Linkage Programs
Ø Shift Course for a day
XCELLENT LEADERSHIP
Ø Active involvement of the ESC with the USC and League of College Councils concerning current issues
Ø Conduct team-building seminars for participants in the EASL
Ø Student evaluation of the ESC per semester to help improve performance and services
Ø Project assessment to be conducted after every major project by the ESC
